Good to know
- All prices include VAT and service. The same price list is displayed in the window and at the salon desk.
- Very thick or very long hair: any extra charge is explained during the consultation, before the service begins.
- A receipt is given for any service of €25 or more (VAT included), and on request for smaller amounts.
- A written quotation can be provided before a service on request (colour, weddings, smoothing).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a test before my first colour?
Yes. Before your first colour at the salon we do a free patch test 48 hours in advance, to check the product suits you.
How long does a balayage take?
Allow 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on length and the result you want, toner and styling included. You will get the exact time at the consultation.
Can I come in without an appointment?
For a men’s cut, a fringe trim or a neckline tidy-up, often yes, depending on availability. For everything else, it is best to book.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
By phone or online, ideally at least 24 hours ahead, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, for any amount or for a specific service, to collect at the salon.
